Unhappy with initial service

I have been a member of Hollywood betting for 2 weeks. I made all the initial requests and made the first deposit smoothly. When I tried to make the second deposit it took numerous calls and emails to go through and a person in-house had to be \named"for the agents to actually \""find my money\"".
