Unhappy with Hollywood bets

I have bin with you since june i have putting in a lot of money and we all know that gambling have wins and have loses but with you i have not win once since june I have putting in money and not once even R100 win you just take take and take even my husband have bin with you for almost 2 years and he won 2 times once R 500 and another R1000thats not even close to what he spends in a day with Hollywood bets you just take take take and not give back why don't you just close down since all of the customer's is complaining about the same thing
