Unhappy hollywood client

I had a terrible experience with hollywood bets I took a multiple place bet.all horses ran a place as per the wager.the last leg was utoxeter which was abandoned.so i didnt get a payout.i tried calling hollywood on numerous occasions but to no avail.then they finally answer and admit its a system error.its now gone 24 hours and its still not rectified.furthermore i used up R100 airtime on phone calls.and my payout is R120.absolutely gutted with their service.we called helpine and the agent said they will escalate the problem,we then called today and the agent says there was no escalation from the previous day.when we asked to speak to the supervisor,we was on hold for 20 minutes and still no answer.my airtime then got depleted.
