UNHAPPY FICA CIENT

I have submitted my Fica documents 3weeks back and they said they will respond within 30minutes.i have not yet received any feedback from them yet to date..I'm struggling to make withdrawals with the money that I have accumulated...When I try to upload the documents again it say documents already submitted but then where is the feedback...I'm unable to make withdrawals now because the systems need fica documents...I am totally not happy with their service and aiming to quit with them..I just want then to fix my fica so that I can be able to withdraw my money and leave them ..please assist me
