Unhappy customer
So, on 01 July 2021, I placed a bet for under 10 penalties missed in the Euro cup. I believe the penalties missed during regulation time in the tournament is below 10, however my ticket (***) is resulted as losing. I have sent an e-mail to the help desk seeking clarity. I am still waiting for a response.
