Unhappy customer

I placed a bet this morning around 11:10 for a match that was on the betting platform to be played at 11:30, the match took place and fortunately for me the ticket was as per m prediction,( ***). Up until 13:00,ticket wasn't resulted,I then contacted Hollywoodbets and was told that the matter will be escalated to resulting department ,an hour later ticket is still not resulted but rather with incorrect information to say the match was postponed to tomorrow 12th March 2025 at 23:30,though the match played and it is finished,I then called once again regarding the issue and am getting no response up till now,it is exactly 17:23 and I cannot go through their number anymore nor app msg ,I feel ****med by Hollywoodbets and disappointed, I am not happy at all with their response.
