Unhappy customer

I have been using Hollywoodbets for years winning and losing. Weeks ago I bought a R50 voucher from nearby tuckshop and played Spina Zonke and won R20000. I withdrew most of the money and left some. On that same day Hollywoodbets suspended my account for no reason. I have been sending emails and phoning them. But up until today I don't know why my account is suspended. Or is it a crime to win on hollywoodbets it's ok if we keep on losing.
