Unhappy client

I received feedback after a week and they said that they have no record of a bet for r4 and that's not what the system shows but i provided proof (screen recording aswell as screenshots of the bet )the time and date is clearly visible in the screen record.. At this point hollywood bets can keep the r400 and they may ban my account cause i would now waste my time and data to query this constantly.
