Unfulfilled promise

I'm very concerned if it's a legitimate company. Every time I made withdrawal they either reverse the money back to my Hollywood account. And it doesn't come back in full. It's been five days now since I made a withdrawal. Nothing happened yet. I even drove to the branch in Kempton Park twice for disputes. The reason being I now have to use the phone inside the branch, because you will spend hundreds of rands waiting for the phone to be answered.its been five days now waiting for my money. Two days back when I I was at the they promised to that I will receive my money in 24 hours. So far nothing yet. This company is taking people for granted honestly. Lies, lies,lies is on their tip of their taung. For the last time can I please have money. I even wrote an email but no response yet.
