Unfulfilled Prize(Voucher)

I won a R250 betting voucher where they said it may take 3-5 business to be credited. 7 business days later I am still trying to get a clear response as to what caused the delays. Different agents tell me different responses. The saddest and lamest I have heard is that they wait for all winners to send their details. What if someone didn't see their message? What if one doesn't have data to connect? What if someone has gone out of the country? Are they gonna wait for all those too? Computer rules must start clearly that if you don't respond by such and such a day you forfeit to avoid a situation where they fail to fulfill on their promised date while they wait for winners who did not respond on time.
