Unfair treatment en *******

I am disappointed to note after depositing money into their account and calling them to inform of the deposit as the deposit was done from another and not the actual acount holder. They request the person who did the deposit to get an affidavit. What inconvenience is this. What happens to the unallocated amount? How many people mayne experiencing this loss and getting ****** by a multi million rand business. Thats called *****ing from the poor. If i send u the proof of payment why would u need an affidavit.
