Unfair treatment.

Good day. My Acc No is 100340 I have a Hollywood account since 2011 my monthly spend is 20k. I called support to cancel a bet my bet was cancelled and I relayed the bet at a higher price after laying the bet my account was closed. If the hollywoodbets employee never saw the price change and cancelled the bet how is it my fault. I the punter is being punished for their negligence. This is really sad as I am a member for the past 14 years The agent named Nothando Mathingela is a rude and abrupt person, she also claimed that she can’t reopen my account coz I was rude to her seems like she is the owner of Hollywoodbets. I wanted to back the horse Immediate Edge onto Pumpkin Pie odds of 9/1 which equals R1000 to R9000 and I could not do that due to my account being closed. I was upset cos the horse I wanted to back won. Pls advise if my account will be permanently closed or I will ensure this message gets to Owen Heffer.
