Unfair treatment and rigged Aviator game

I am writing with sad disappointments on how Hollywoodbets treats gamblers when playing games, some of the games even including the Avaiotor seems to be rigged especially when they see you are winning or playing with huge amount. I was a victim in March 2024 whereby I lost R190 000 and even than I continued to play thinking they will change their habits until I deactivated my account towards the end of the year while noticing that I have lost more than what I could chew. Hollywoodbets this is really not on!!! Your treatment is very cold because sometimes I will speak on Aviator since my focus was theer even when winning while trying to cashout you will just say timeout even though the Cashout button you know for sure you pressed it!! It happened for more than 3 times , even writing on your chats doesnt assist , please stop robbing us!!!

I am still not satisfied with the response , also noted the negative comments on Hello Peter even on social media platforms.
Do the right thing as you know we come to try out luck at times with the last money taken from our families.

Again I disagree with you in saying your games are not manipulated, you also have stage time out when one is about to win big! It happened to over 3 times where I lost R15000 , R25000 and another AMOUNT that I cannot recall, for you to come and say sorry only??? Is that the only justice you can do after losing over R200 000 estimate with your one game??

Please reason better or else I will have to retake this to any other platforms that will listen until you do justice!!!
