Unfair practise

I am very dissapointed, I played on the app and won some money when I went to withdraw it wasn't accepting my ID and my selfie. When I called the call center I was told that my ID is not accepted. They advised me that it's linked to home affairs and that's rejecting my ID. I am using my ID for everything. And holly bets is the only company that does accept it. Why aren't we asked to fica before we play on the site. This is just wrong. Now I am told I must go change my ID who the hell are you guys to tell me when to go change my ID.
