Unfair practice by Hollywoodbets

I want to express my concern and disappointment about Hollywoodbets. I included a game between Al Hilal Vs Inter Miami CF on my slip and it played until the last whistle. The game was not suspended or postponed but played until the last minute. After the game was finished, Hollywood decided to scratch the game, which is something that constitutes an unfair practice. The ticket no: ***. They ended up paying me less than what was due. Please investigate. And i will report this matter to the gambling board.
