Unfair play

On the 25th of April I reported a glitch in the game I was playing I had won 15 free spins and the game only played 9 free spins and stopped. I sent the company screenshots and I’ve just been passed around consultants with no reasonable explanation. The last one said the matter was being escalated that was on Friday the 28th of April till to date no one has gotten back to me. My emails are just being ignored.
