Yesterday, I placed Vaal PA bets using my account Number *** and I won with 4 tickets. Each ticket was supposed to pay R81.71 but Hollywood only paid R110 into my account. I made several calls trying to resolve the matter and I had to deal with *********** agents that don't even know how PA multiple bets multiply. I was promised that the teamleader on shift will contact me back to resolve the matter and it today, no one has contacted me. I send an email to *** and there is still no response.

This afternoon I have initiated a process with Gambling board because I spend my hard earned money and will never allow anyone to take advantage of that.
