Unblock my account and refund my R50 Voucher

Blocked my account without any reason today I decided let me see if the machines are hot only to get an email from lungisani saying I requested permanent closure of my acc let alone them ****ming me R50 voucher and telling me it was redeemed and must open case of theft to find out who did it like is there any security in place on this site
