Unbelievable Bad Service
****ty Service , i am moving to another Betting company i have had it , spoke to a Supervisor last week , he promised to email me the call record but till today nothing , was playing their Speedy 7 game on bet games , the system lagged and did not accept winning bets , then it auto places losing bets , i have sent them an email with the screenshot and no hope they dont read them but funny enough you can reach them on chat and calls

12 Aug 2020, 11:36World class bad Service , an agent named Hlengiwe Kunene refused to transfer me to a Supervisor demanding to know why am i requesting to speak to a Sup, she said she needs to know because the Supervisor is going to Ask , Sup Sharon Nxele took the call after 3 minutes and made no difference as she spoke over me while i was explaining why i am calling , they then transferred me to an non existing Helpline department , i am done with Hollywood
