unbelievable bad service

Worst Ever So I trying to upload my fica docs and you are not accepting my id with my marriage certificate telling me. All major banks and retailers accept my id but you dont want to and the customer care agents dont know how to access I dont understand how you cant accept the id with the marriage certificate it blows my mind
