Unacceptable Withdrawal Delays and Poor Service at Hollywood Bets

I have used many betting platforms over the years and have never experienced the issues I am currently facing with Hollywood Bets. On other platforms, withdrawals typically reflect within 5–10 minutes. However, I made a withdrawal yesterday and, as of today, the funds are still pending.

If I had not followed up myself, I would not have known the status of my withdrawal. Each time I contacted support, I was given inconsistent and incorrect information. First, I was told the deposits department needed to confirm clearance, which made no sense since the funds were already available in my Hollywood Bets account for play. Then, on live chat, I was told the matter had to be escalated to the withdrawals department. Another explanation given was that the delay might be due to my withdrawal method, yet I have always used the same method without issue.

It is very concerning that deposits are processed instantly when it benefits the company, but withdrawals are delayed and met with excuses when it is time to pay customers. This inconsistency reflects poorly on Hollywood Bets as a leading brand in the industry.

I have been a loyal Betway customer for many years and opened a second account with Hollywood Bets, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. The lack of transparency, accountability, and efficiency is unacceptable.

Hollywood Bets, this is not the level of service your clients deserve.
