UNACCEPTABLE SERVICES WHEN IT COMES TO WITHDRAWING WINNINGS
I have been trying to withdraw my winnings then it requested FICA documents which I had sent but no approval has been sent back to me, then I sent an email to try and inform them about this but no response as well, Now I have been on the line with a consultant that had put me on hold for 20 minutes THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!.
