Unable to withdraw funds from my Hollywood account
I am struggling to make a withdraw from my Hollywoodbets, though I have sent my FICA document more than 7 times.
Each time I try to make a request for withdrawal. I am getting the message that says my FICA documents are missing.
I have already been to one branch to ask for assistance for uploading of the documents. I have called your hotline more than twice but nothing is happening.
