Unable to withdraw from my account

I’ve had problems withdrawing from my account , I reported the matter almost 2 weeks back , I keep getting an error that my withdrawal is a duplicate withdrawal. All the consultants I’ve spoken to keep telling me that the matter will be escalated to IT departments but to date there is no progress in the meantime, I am unable to withdraw , I have to call customer for assistance each time. This is ready ridiculous and tiring, it’s honestly frustrating and it seems no one can assist me😩😩😩❌
