Unable to withdraw from July to date- Request number ***0

I have been unable to do withdrawals from my avcount( direct payement to my account including the wallet methods) . It always gives an error that this is a duplicate transaction .

On the 3rd of July I lodged a query and sent through the screenshot of the error I kept getting. From July till now this issue has not been resolved, every consultant I spek to keeps telling me about escalating to IT, literally all of them, it’s so unfa coz everytime I want to withdraw I need to call them and do a hotline withdraw and this is not fair on me, At this stage I can safely say that Hollywood yes IT is the pits including how they attended to technical queries. 😏😏
