Unable to load vouchers

I recently purchased 2 1foryou vouchers and both can not be loaded on my account, I did call the call center and the lady took down all the details from the slip itself and promised to get back to me within 45 mins. It has now been 24hours and nobody has got back to me, I did go to a branch and was advised hollywoodbets are having problems with 1foryou vouchers. How long is this going to take to get sorted outand could someone from hollywood bets contact me. Acc no 722472
