Unable to get to customer care. Voucher keeps saying invalid service provider

Bought 2 betting vouchers from Spar. Was able to load 1 but the 2nd one kerps on saying invalid service provider! What the hell!!! Both bought at same outlet. Tried calling your customer centre, useless as i tried for more than 30 minutes to get hold of anyone but no luck.
