Unable to get my Money back

I have been requesting my withdrawal from Monday 25/10/2021 and the payment was in progress and will credit. I called back Tuesday and was informed that there was a backlog and it will appear in my account Tuesday. Wednesday Called again and was informed that the team had processed the withdrawal. Called yesterday and was informed that the amount was processed the previous night at 20h00 and will appear in my account during the day. No response from the call centre today . It was bad enough that one had to wait 15-25 mins during each call to the call centre. On Wednesday , my call was dropped as soon as the agent answered. My account number is ***.
