Unable to FICA online

Hi, I am jadvy if I am writing here it is just I don't know what to do and how to proceed because I have spent money for airtime calling and the solution provided seemed to not work. I wanted to FICA my account, I have been using it for several years. It was FICA but I don't know what happened I was told to FICA it again that's where the issue started. I tried several times online with 10 attempts and tried to call the customer service sent emails to customer I was told to do it online but the online service has not been working for me. I tried many times to FICA , always no match , I sent the requested my documents online , I was sent back to do it online still no success. I got tired and just stopped trying because I have called , e-mailed but no help is provided for those who the online system is not working. I am disappointed and tired. I really like Hollywood but I cannot use the service because of that.
