unable to activate account for 5 days

horrible,irritating dragging with no help my friend sent me a link to join i tried to register it said im active wonder why when i have never created an account i went to change password it says im inactive, tried calling but they keep saying we cant hear you wonder why they dont fix their lines if they cant hear customers
