Unable to activate account

Open account on January and submitted FICA and even today my account is still not activated. I think I will start believing those saying Hollywoodbets is nothing but **** with mediocre support team. How can one submit FICA 3 months still account not active. I also heard people saying Hollywood bets has been *****ing people 's winning and closing their account without even informing them first.So when are u going to activate my account
