I recently placed bets on 5 soccer teams using multiple bets on the 10th of Jan. I noticed that these two teams : MS PDB Vs Kota Ranger drew their match, however, Hollywoodbets marked the ticket Kota Ranger to win incorrectly. I have spoken to their customer service team and they continue to say that the team Kota Ranger won when that is wrong. I Have shown them the proof via email showing the team drew the match. They say another team lost that's why I lost which makes no sense at all...I am still money owed and they refuse to assist...where is the ombudsman or governing body to help gambling customers with *****ster companies like Hollywoodbets....This has been an occurring issue, however, I never addressed it before because I felt it was a waste of time but this is getting ridiculous now. I also see that customers has been complaining about the same issue about them Marking ticket results incorrectly. This was the final straw for me thank you...I never had issues like this with other betting platforms and I've spent hundreds of thousands on Hollywoodbets over the years.
