Tournament of Champion tournament non-payment

Think twice before spending money on HWB tournaments. I finished on the leaderboard of the "Tournament of Champion" November tournament 4 weeks in a row, but to date they have not payed out one cent. The first round was completed on November 8th, with the rules stating that the winners will be payed within 72 working hours. They keep claiming certain participants "still have to be verified", but after 3 weeks this is still the excuse being used. Every time I query this, I am told to wait another 7 business days. Today they have stopped answering my chat request. There has been "1 person waiting ahead of me" for a very, very long time. I assume it makes it official- they do not plan to pay what's due.
