Hi, I am sick and tired of hollywoodbets and there customer service, they are useless, they are never willing to help you, I made money on hollywoodbets, but when I **** withdrawal, it says decline, and the money was not put back in my account, the customer service keep say that it's a system problem and it will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours, this is bull ****,they are playing with us and our money, I am sick and tired.

Hi it's been over 48 hrs and I have still not received my funds in my account, this is very poor service, what is it that is taking so long, I call the customer service, I am waiting on the line for 10 min and my airtime gets finish, who will reimburse me for my airtime, the service is very pathetic, please resolve this issue immediately,.

I am really getting irritated with hollywoodbets, they told me it will take 24 to 48hrs to refund my money,but now they it will take 6 to 7days working days, why so long,there is something wrong with there system and there is something wrong with there staff, there staff are very unprofessional and they Give you the run around, please resolve immediately, my patience is running out, this company is playing with our money, they are very quick to take our money but when it comes to pay out they take forever, please resolve immediately.
