toilets and pay out limit

i was so disappointed with hollywoodbet durban branch west street.first of all toilets are not working i asked the staff they told me they dont know why toilets are clossed we spend hours at hollywood and when you want to use the toilet you have to go outside the building and come back tomdo your bet please sort out the toilet issue number 2 hollywoodbet west street pay out limit its R500 why R500 i asked the staff agin they told me they dont know how come the staff everything they dont know there is no training done for the staff ?
