Title: Frustrating Account Registration Experience

I recently tried to create an account with Hollywoodbets, but unfortunately, it was a nightmare. Apparently, my ID number was already registered by someone else, and I was asked to provide documents to verify my identity. I sent the required docs via email, but still, no feedback. Not cool, Hollywoodbets!

Can someone please look into this? I'd love to get my account sorted out ASAP.
