Title: Extremely Disappointed – Still No Referral Bonus Credited!

I am thoroughly disappointed in Hollywoodbets. I referred a friend recently and was supposed to receive my R50 “refer a friend” bonus. My friend signed up successfully using my referral link and even made the required deposit, so there is absolutely no reason why I should not have received my bonus.

However, instead of simply crediting me as they used to do in the past, I am now being told that my query has been “escalated” and is “in a queue to be credited.” What queue is this? How does it take days to manually credit R50 to a loyal customer who did exactly what was required? This was never an issue before, and I always received my referral bonuses without delays or excuses.

The lack of urgency from Hollywoodbets in resolving such a small but important issue for me shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I am ****ed beyond measure because I feel like I’m being taken for granted. All I want is what I rightfully earned through their own promotion – nothing extra, just the bonus I was promised.

Hollywoodbets, please do better. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I sincerely hope you resolve this matter urgently, as your service has fallen below standard, and I am honestly reconsidering my loyalty to your platform because of this poor experience
