<div>I was playing on Hollywoodbets on Friday from 5am to 12pm and I'm a regular player or was a regular player. So on this day played the whole day but with no wins which was fine as it is gambling. But around 23:03 while playing Bigger Bass Bonanza on a R3 bet I got free spins and in the spins I got 2 of the big bass to pay out 12000 each and at the second of the payout Hollywoodbets jammed or blocked the game or something. I tried logging out and in again for about 20minutes and then the game was not available, conveniently. So I complained about it and the dunb fools at Hollywoodbets tell me to delete my history and I won't have problems. I play on a number of casinos, 12 casinos to be specific and I never had this problem as I make sure at least once a week I delete my history. Also then they deleted my history of the game and still have the odasity of asking me for a ticket number. First of all they jammed the game, then they make the game unavailable then still ask for a ticket number. Really a bunch of usless thieving people at Hollywoodbets. So none of them can resolve or rectify the problem and pay me out my winnings as they are a dumb bunch of fools. I even sent the mails to the gambling board, obviously they did Nutting as they are in the owners back pockets or even front pockets. How do yourl or they carry on *****ing and doing this to customers. And they say they are a reputable company. Yeah reputable thieving company. Can anyone with even half a brain be able to resolve my issue or complaint or do we the customers just let them ***** our winnings. Ive evn sent them screen shots of the play which was jammed.
