They don't want to pay the money I won

On the 17/12/2024 i place a sporting bet for soccer and won R247 they never paid my money but when i checked on my account it shows 'Paidout' I called the helpline and she td me there was technical error my money should be in within 24 hours but nothing shows till to date. I use their online chats I told the same story but nothing resolved
