They closed my account and said they will get back to me its been a month and weeks nothing

They closed my account and says account not active,wrote an email to them asking what happened they said they are still investigating they will get back to me in 48hours till now it's been a month and weeks now,more people are crying about this on Facebook saying their accounts just got closed,they don't know what happened,bunch of ****mers,I won't even remove this review till they open my account.
