Theft of lotto winning ticket

<p>On the 6th June 2 016 Monday afternoon ; I went to Mdantsane Hollywood bet to change my lotto ticket. The consultant scan my lotto ticket and gave me back the winning results ticket not the ticket I gave her and she told me to go to lotto head office in Johannesburg to claim there. I call lotto offices in Port Elizabeth where they told me the things I need to bring with including the winning lotto ticket and I told them the ticket is with Hollywood bet and I thought the ticket is within the lotto machine as the consultant she never gave back to me; on my suprise the Ithuba consultant told me that under any circumstances the ticket is to be left with the retail.She said I must went back to the branch to fecth my winning lotto ticket but I couldn't rember the lady who was helping me and I ask for a manager and the footage then she said its not allowed to be shown to the public .I went to police to seek assistant and they accompany me to the retail and they promise to apply for footage that will take 3 days then I call Hollywood bet after the day they promise that I will be able to see a footage,the lady who claim to be a manager she said "I told you the footage after 30 days will be deleted" ; she mention nothing about the footage that she will apply to their head office. I also open a case of theft with SAPS . All I want is my winning lotto ticket as I'm unable to claim my prize.</p>
