Kholeka C, and the rest of your team asking me over and over for something I clearly explained wasting my time. You have an issue with payments so you just make your customers sit with the problem even after all proof is provided

13 Nov 2025, 18:30Please note it has been an entire business day and still you have not loaded the money you took from me that was supposed to be immediate and still I wait. You honestly have no right to have my money then as I litterally only paid under condition it would be instantly available and yet still I 10 hours later wait on you to just load my own money you took 10 hours ago. So much of my time wasted so much energy… even made me call my bank just to confirm what I had said . If your team weren’t lazy they could call fnb who would inform them they are wrong. Just give me my own dam money that I paid you please!!!!!
