THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Like the chat agents from the Hollywood app are the worst! Not helpful at all, dismissive, and quick to close the chat, I have managed the FNB secure chat department for years, and I have never seen such a **** script! These people ask you, if there’s anything else they can assist you with?MID ****EN CONVERSATION like ***, while you typing they have already ended your chat. I’ve had the worst customer service rendered by Samukelo Masango and Thobile Mtshali, by the way I still don’t have a resolution to my query. Get a proper script and train your staff on customer service!cause these people are clearly not trained
