I have work with clients and I cqm tell you right away what bad client service look.I escalated a query on the 29 June where hollywoodbets system stop working and did not credit my wining.I was so quick to take a screen shot bivouac it happens that I can't see the history of the games that I m referring off but the ones that I played after the system went down happens to be on the betting history how funny .What makes me more angry is I have to escalated everyday for feedback to hear this lime story for the past 6 days we have escalated you query yesterday it takes up to 24/48hrs in the mean time is past that time frame how can you honestly tell someone who log a query that they have done it yesterday. Bad Bad Hollywoodbets the service stink and please be honest with you clients do not I form the of the 24/48 escalation procees because we expect that feedback or inform us that you still working keep you clients informed
