The most horrible inhumane customer service in the world.

I won R4000 and withdrawn the money at 8h53 am and I won another R1500 later in the afternoon. To my surprise I only received a R1500 which was deposited three days after. Now I'm wondering about the other amount?

I called, send emails and no one responds? I then decided to call in the of the 9th at 5h30 am hoping to get someone because in their call center there's always 65 people waiting.

Lucky enough when you call in the am hours you become number 5 caller, I waited and waited while my airtime is also depleting because of the machine lady who keeps on talking.

Eventually I get hold of a guy called Liboho at 5h45am and I finally breathe and gave him my ID number, while he's typing I also confirm my names, he asked "how can I help? " I tell him my frustration about their withdrawal systems, and suddenly the phone lines was having funny sounds and I couldn't hear whether he was still on the line or not.

I called his name "Liboho are you still there" please fix this problem don't do this to me I said to him. He then said "Don't shout at me! " as I was assuring him that I'm not shouting looks like this line went from better to worse when I specifically asked about my withdrawals.
