The funds that belong to me about R9000 still stuck in the account because my account was deactivated

Worst betting site ever?!! On 24 January 2025 my account was deactivated after I won and when I call the call center, I was told my account was being investigated and i send my slips voucher affidavit and some other documents that I attached in their email. After all that my account is still not active. The reason why I send this complain to you is because there was funds that belong to me about R9000 still stuck in the account. I have emailed them, call they just don't care. I would really appreciate if I could get that money back. I hope you can kindly assist me.
