Thandeka L is the worst call centre agent ever

I have been a long time client to Hollywoodbets and today was the worst experience I have ever had.

I reached out as per the app updates advising pending payments and requested to speak to an agent, I was directed to Thandeka L, after explaining my issue she asked me if I would like to have the issue escalated to which I agreed, she then rudely returned and said it was a typo and it cannot be escalated.

This agent has no chat etiquette and showed no interest in doing her job, how does Hollywoodbets employ people like this, I feel so upset and will not advise people to join.
