TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM HOLLYWOODBETS

I am so frustrated and no one seems to assist adequately, the Hollywoodbets customer service is trash.

Their social media agents are quick to close a query without fully resolving it

I tried to register on Hollywoodbets and it says my account exists and when I try to login it says my account is no longer active.

Then I decide to reach out to the social media support team instead they are giving me a run around.

I have provided all the required documents, my ID photo and me holding my ID.

The last agent I spoke to Ntando just said your accound is closed visit the nearest branch. Technology has made things to be so swiftly but I'm told to go and do a walk in.

Then even worse a Anele was s dismissive.

Guys you cannot have people who do not have passion for customer service as agents in your company.

If my account is locked why cant it be unlocked as I have provide full details including pictures.

I have done my part as a customer but the incompetency of your agents is so deeming and disgusting.

My accounts needs to be unlocked

I will go to twitter and rant, you guys only assist when you get bashing on twitter.
