Terrible Service

On 23.12.2023 I made 2 deposits and only the second one reflected. I sent through the proof of my payments which clearly has 2 different reference numbers. I have sent over 35 emails and I have chatted to several consultants who keep escalating but nothing gets done. Everytime they give you a different story. One of the consultants even told me that I was credited on the same day, when that was actually my second deposit . This is the worse service I ever received.
