Terrible Service ever

I made R200 payment yesterday have not been credited the reference was incorrect. I send them proof payment million e-mails no one responded. I try to contact them I stay on the line until my airtym is finished.What is the use to leave your details if you terrible agents are not using them to contact your clients.

Other bettings have at least they have many way to communicate with clients like Live chat or WhatsAap.
